Default gears?

I bought my 06' gt about a month ago, and as of now have CAI, SCT tune, hurst ss, slp axle backs, and ud pulleys. I was thinking about putting some 3.73 or 4.10 gears in there to give it that little extra. But from what i hear putting 4.10s will keep me off the highway pretty much for good. Can someone with 4.10's please give me some feedback on the upside and downside of getting these in? Also, anyone know anything else that may give me a little bit more ponies without breaking the bank? lol.

lol, acutally thought about spraying it.....but im the type of person who likes to hear what everyone has to say, and alot has been " if you like your engine you wont do that" lol. But the gear part, basically ill be driving 70 mph and be at a higher rpm then my stock ones correct? So yeah mpg would be gone....worth it? thanks for the reply :-)

Correct.

As far as mpg, i hear 1-2 loss. And from what i have read on these forums. its definitely worth it, just make sure you have a good shop to install them.
