RE: taillight cover
Fit perfectly. The front covers fit by opening the hood.. sliding them in place and then closing the hood. No tape. The rear as similar in that you need to open the trunk. They have some velcro and tape that adheres to the plastic part of the light under the trunk lid.. again.. very easy. Even if you did not use the tape for the back covers, it would still fit very securely.... and certainly would not come loose while driving.
I am able to drive at night, good weather or bad, with my fogs on. If I do not have my fogs on.. visibility would be too poor to be safe. But again... with my fogs, especially the yellow ones (and headlights.. well after dusk)..... I see fine.... even in poor weather. It would be much brighter with out the covers.. but I don't do a lot of night driving. When I do.. I just take them off... simple.

I have the the front and rear blackouts along with the back panel. I had to trim the tabs on the headlight blackouts because they sat too high. When I would close my hood, the covers would pop up. I still haven't heard of anybody else having this problem.
