Ordered the FRPP GTA mufflers
Crossing my fingers, after my xperience getting burned on a set of Macs hope these will be the ones. Figure if theyre stock on the Shelby GTthey can't have resonance or drone. Ninosport has them cheap enough, 260 bucks. If they suck they will be up for sale real quick.
I think you'll like 'em. There's a slight drone under load around 3,000 rpm's, but it's negligible compared to other systems on the market. The system has a very nice fit and finish, especially for the price.

You should have got the FRPP GT's, I was around a Shelby this weekend and its too quiet, I think my stockmufflers were louder...I'm running the GT's and I think they're great, quite a bit louder but not much drone...

Do you have a discount code or something to get them for $260? They are twenty bucks more than that on their website.

Congratulations! You're going to be happier than a dog in p**p. I love mine and can't keep my mouth shut in extolling their "virtues" I hope I can break the habit of having to go out in the garage before bedtime and listening to them. IMO they sound exactly like a performance stang should, not obnoxious; but turning heads in an admiring way. Also, I haven't seen any tips as gorgous. 4", polished, doublewalled and flaired.
I've also got the GTAs. I absolutely love them. They sound great, especially on start-up. Not too loud like the SLPs, but definitely a louder and lower growl than stock. And, the 4 inch double-wall, polished tips look awesome. Have fun.
+3 on the GTA's No drone for me @ all any RPMs.They are quite a bit deeper in tone after they're on for a few hundred miles. Not real loud though, won't rattle the neighbors windows.
I love mine too. Just right for my taste. A tip for anyone tweaking their install (I measure everything, My Wife says I 'm nuts) if they are not centered to your liking try loosening clamps in front of axle and you get a lot of adjustment by twisting a little.
