Confessions of a car snob
Confession
My last car was a Viper GTS. Beautful car. Red with factory white stripes. A Final Edition #324 of the last 360 GTS to roll off the line before the SRT10 came out in 03. It was my daily driver.
I looked down on vettes (although ex vette owner) and mustangs. Well the Viper just about did my back in as a daily...so I went looking for a more comfortable ride. Stopped at the Ford dealership walking distance from my main job and sat in a mustang for the very first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort level and amenities. Test drove the GT and decided, maybe with a few mods I can wake it up a bit.
4 months later, I am really happy with the mustang. My back feels great. Car runs strong, and now I can't imagine why I looked down on this great car. I used to visit the Viper forums even after selling the snake but I've stopped doing that now.
Feel better having shared that...
Flame away

RE: Confessions of a car snob
I say it's very common to miss a car you've once had, because of the qualities that the car did have makes you forget the ones it didn't have when you don't have the car anymore.
