What are those clips on the bottom of the lid of the console on my '07 for? I haven't found anything the right size to clip there.

 

Possibly owners manual????

 

I've read on MF that it is best used to store napkins. Havent tried it though.

 

Why would you want to clip your owners manual to the console?

That's to hold a small box of Kleenex that's available through Ford.
I don't use it but I really wish those silly coin holders worked better! The coins stay in there by gravity instead of using a spring loaded type. They don't hold enough quarters in today's parking meters which need a quarter for as little as 12-15 minutes!

 

I have been using it to hold mail envelopes.... the lid doesnt stay completely shut, so its easier to pull out your mail.... where else could you put your mail... in the door??? i dont think so...

 

Who knows?? It was just a guess. I don't even keep my owners manual in the car.
