Well, on the way home tonight I got rearended !!!! I knew the guy was going to hit me. SLAM!!!! Chipped all the paint off my bumber, bent my mac's ab's and scratched the reaer part ofthe trunk lid. It was to dark to see anything else. He had just bought van and it was a work truck with temp tags. Didn't have any registration or insurance cards but does have insurance though. I'm just sooooo pissed

 

Ouch man, that really sucks. Were the cops called? When is the guy supposed to provide his insurance info?

 

yeah State Police came, I called his work company and they gave me the insurance company name but he was out on a call and would get the policy number. I called my company and I guess we will go from there. I'm also asking for loss of value to my car

 

time for an upgraded rear bumper huh? roush maybe???

Feel your pain. My 03 V6 got hit by a work van backing out of a parking space. i blew and he still didn't stop. His insurance card was old and wasn't the right one. I called my insurance company and they called the company who owned the truck. They called me and gave me the number to their insurance company who they had already called. Had to have a new right front fender replaced
