Default New Dyno #s

Took her into Marysville Speed and Custom today for a new custom dyno tune after adding a BBK 62mm TB and an Off-Road X-pipe from Brenspeed. MS&C has new people and I was not very impressed. They appeared like they weren't quite sure what they were doing and really didn't appear to be very informed about the new Mustang. Guess I'll be looking for a new speed shop.

310.2 hp at the rear wheel
313.8 ft lbsTorque
Fuel / Air ratio 12.9 to 13.1
All I can say is "WHOO HOOO!!!"

Brenspeed is FANTASTIC. However, the Pypes brand X-pipe was very poor quality. The O2 bung on the passenger side is positioned incorrectly and is mashing the O2 sensor up against the tranny. Because of this I had a hard time getting the X-pipe to line up correctly and the X-pipe to header connection not to leak. Do not purchase Pypes brand.

On the plus side, Brents tune was almost perfect and we had to only richen it up just a tad.Brent wrote theprogram for the TB and the X-pipe and sent it to me for free. No check engine light at all. Outstanding customer service. Wish I lived close enough to go there in person.

Also if you have a Shaker hood scoop, be aware that the BBK TB is thicker and wont allow room for the Shakers front mounting bracket to work. I will be making a custom one to fit.
