Which came first? The CAI or the short throw shifter?

Which came first? The CAI or the short throw shifter?
Alright, so im ready to start modding my car, but im not quite sure which to do first. I have enough money for a Hurst short throw shifter or a CAI + tuner package from brenspeed. Whichever one I get, ill have enough money to get the second within a few weeks, im just wondering which one should I do first?

CAI and a tune. Definitely!
Also, would you be able to install the shifter your self? Because the cai and tuner are very very easy to install.

The Shifter came first for me....my wife got it for me for Christmas and she was being frugal and got the cheapest of the two!! BUT I have a birthday coming up soon so...............maybe she will get the CAI and tuner then!!

I did a pair of mufflers, then the shifter. It was not to bad to install. Having a 10mm reversing ratchet wrench is very handy for the trans bolt removal.

I did the stripes, exhaust and shifter first, CAI and tune will be next when weather gets better. Hard enough trying to control stock power in snow can only imagine the car with any 30+HP. What ever way you decide its all good
