Default new axel

my 07 gt/cs has been squeaking from the passager rear side every since i got the car, and even after all the mod i did including new rotors still kept doing it. it squeak every time i hit the breaks, and even when just rideing down the road. So today i took it back to galpin ford dealer to check it out.. and they called me later to say it was the axel that its not broken but just loud, will be installing a new one tomorrow, has this happen to anyone here?

Wow, so it isn't broken but it is loud? Interesting to see what it will sound like with a new one. Make sure they line everything up with all the previous mods you have done! Let us know what happens

I have an 07 GT/CS and mine was squeaking on during sharp turns because of the clutch pack issue. The sound started whenthe caronly had 200 miles on it.
I decided to try 2oz of friction modifier. Didn't want to add too much because I wasn't sure if would dilute the rearend fluid and cause more damage.
The sound was gone after 50 miles of driving and I now have over 5000 miles on the car.

lol, still happening huh, I had the axle in my 99 replaced under warranty for a bent axle tube on the drivers side. Glad to hear they took care of you.
