It seems as if the Corsas are of good quality...but they look a little weird on Mustangs for some reason. JMO

I am deciding on axlebacks. I see Corsas for $650. Why the difference between others? Are they better (best)? - I believe usually you get what you pay for so just wondering if this was the case and why. Still too expensive for me - right now I am leaning to FRPP GTAs.
I have the FRPP GTAs and love them. They have no drone, a bit louder and aggressive sounding than stock at idle and cruising, and sound awesome at WOT. Plus they're quite a bit cheaper than Corsa and look just as good.

I have the Corsa's and they are really nice! Just what I personally was looking for. My only complaint is that the muffs are probably a little larger than others and that makes them show a little more from the bottom. It's not a big deal especially since i've gotten compliments on the sound. You can find them for a respectable price on ebay which is where i got mine. As far as the install it was very easy except the alignment. Mine still aren't perfect enough to satisfy my ocd but it will have to do.

It's all a sound preference. You just have to search the internet and judge for yourself. What sold me on the Corsa's was the sound clips from their website. Those clips are very accurate in what it will sound like. I'm just curious on what a different H or X pipe will do to the sound.

I'm another lover of Corsa. Good quality made productand sounds
great too. I also installed the Corsa x-pipe. I could .eel the increased flow over the h-pipe, I sound increased slightly.

Great info all. This is just the debate I have been waiting for as axle backs are my next purchase. Now, does anyone have fisrt hand (or "first ear" might be a better way to say it) experinece comparing the Corsas with the GTAs. I was (and this point still am) ready to spring forthe Corsas, but people seem to like GTAs and they are way cheaper. So, from first hand experience, how do the GTAs compare to the Corsas in terms of loudness at idle and through the gearsas well as overall tone. MY guess is they are the same in the drone department (little or none). I know this is subjective, but I really would like to hear first hand (or ear) comparisons nonetheless.

+1!!!

This guy read my mind! Me too.

I am thinking of going with the GTAs (because of cost and good feedback) I will need to listen to the Corsa and any GTA sound clips available. The Borlas and maybe Bassani are still on my list though... Arrgh.

Anyone know what is the difference between FRPP GTA and Stingers?

It took me all of 45 minutes to install mine, which included removing the stock and installing the Corsa's. One hint in installation, just tighten them up to hold them in place, don't tighten everything up untill you adjust them. Then tighten them a little at a time and further adjust them as you go. This will save you time of having to loosing everything up again after the install to adjust them. Also, I installed mine without jacking the car up. A very easy installation. Oh and they sound better than the website.

Here's a pic of the Corsas after install. The camera was down low to the ground (as you can see from the angle) so it shows the mufflers more than looking normally. I would take one now but they need to be adjusted after i ran over a 4x4x12 when leaving work last night. [:@] Dark street+ rainy weather + wood in the road = a very unhappy me. Coulda been worse though, could have been a cinder block.
Ouch! Couple of questions:

Did you install them yourself? If so, how easy is it?

Do they sound as good on the road as they sound on Corsa's website? Seems like exactly what I'm looking for...no drone, quiet at idle/cruise, but deep and loud when I want to scare the p!ss out ofthe guynext to me.

I'm also looking at trying the Corsas. Should not be as pricey, I hope.

I love the Corsa's on my Stang. I had the local shop install them because I bought them second hand and the previous owner bent one of the inlet pipes a little. I was sitting in the shop and out of nowhere heard this loud roar from the back. The lady at the desk about jumped out of her seat. LOL She said is that your's??? I said oh yeah, thats mine! Everyone that hears them loves them. You will too.
