Default Good deal on rotors

searching ebay tonight, i found a front set of dba 4000 series rotors for 100.00

i looked into what brand this is and according to all the stuff i read from their site, they are supposed to be pretty damn good. some kind of "kangaroo paw" fin design between rotor faces to keep em cool and whatnot. anyways when i clicked "where to buy" the first place i saw wants 175 bucks EACH.

hell of a deal, i contacted to make sure they are for GT's - i'll post the response when i receive it. the wife says she'd rather spend the money on the My Color gauges right now so she has the MPG monitor and all. anyways i'm passing the find on.

They do look a little different in the hub size. I was just comparing the rotorpros ones.

Personally I think if looking for a cheap cosmetic upgrade, I think I would go with the rotorpros ones.

With the latest PAD technology, I don't think there's a benefit with going to a slotted rotor. Look at NASCAR....they don't use slotted rotors.

check out the manufacturers site, the cooling design they have incorporated into the fins between the two rotor surfaces is supposed to be a big improvement. i remember reading on here that the design between the two sides was actually more important than slots or holes. this guy has 2 or 3 sets for the front, but none for the back. he wanted 100 bucks for the front pair and i think 20 for shipping.

his direct contact is: jason@andrew-racing.com
