installing louvers

Default installing louvers

Anyone have advice on and easy way to install them? I have the 3m tape, and they fit perfectly, but once I try and put them on it always seems like I stick em in the wrong space, and then when I have to pull them back up to adjust the tape looses it's stickiness. It's pretty frustrating.

Your suppose to only pull a little bit of the tape cover off of each peice. Let it hang out and put the louver on, then when you get it where you want. Pull the covering off through the side of it, 1 piece at a time

Here's a link to an install sheet from CDC. Fairly universal install no matter what brand you use. One tip is to place the scoop/louver on the car and use masking tape to mark the edges. Then you'll know exactly where to stick it.
