Hey man,

Those louvers look sweet. I am also curious about how you would clean the window and if they tend to hold water when you wash your car.

Interesting question, I too would like to hear a response on that one.

They look great, pretty low profile which I like. I was thinkin about these http://www.silverhorseracing.com/web...ategory_id=255which actually replace the factory glass, but now im gunna look into the ones you got.

Also, message to wingman, could you plz post a few pics of the ducktaill on ur car, i am very interested in replacing my factory spoiler with that one. ty.

Those louvers look great...they were my second choice. I got the ones from CDC. They were the first ones I saw and they stuck with me ever since. I had mine painted at the dealership for $25. BTW...you really shouldn't be concerned with looking out that window...it's so small. Yes, you can see a little backwards thru the louvers. The installation instructions suggest leaving 1/4 or 1/2 inch gaps in the tape at the bottom corners of the louvers to allow water to drain. Had mine for about 8 months and don't worry about cleaning the windows. They don't look dirty from the inside. So far no problem with louvers coming loose either. But do the prep work per the instructions.

First things first:
How about 10% off? Now that you've mentioned them and provided a link you qualify! Look here:

Next, here's a photo of the view from the inside. These have the most visiblity of all I've seen. Maybe other styles could be posted on this thread with a similar view?

Cleaning the window- since your window now has a cover it won't be getting as dirty as before. Nobody can see it if it IS dirty. You can squirt plenty of water in the slots while you wash the car and there is room to slip your fingers and/or the chamois in there to dry it off.

04stangman: They look like they came with your GT!! Great! Now you just need to scrape off that 4.6 sticker! LOL!

I think the only problem I have with those is that my daughter sits in the back seat when we go on drives and she would not be able to see outside.

Here you go Shaman. As you can see I got the one without the pony emblem. I think it looks cleaner without it. I was also thinking of the silver horse racing window louvers but I don't like the thought of taking out the window glass. I'm up in the air on that.
