I would definitely start off with the CAI and a Plenum cover.
You'll get an instant wow when you lift the hood.
I'd also suggest hood struts, not for wow, but for function.
I'm still deciding on which billet caps to order, MGW has the best looking stuff imo.
And I've just started on braided hose covers, no pics yet.

ORIGINAL: Jurnymn

That gold color on the valve cover looks good. The ford decal looks stock with the gold. Good job.[
+1 on the gold for the valve cover! I've seen some with that bright blue, almost a baby blue, and I don't care for it, personally...The gold just seems to pop, though, and looks sharp!

Well I guess i will post a picture of mine. Someone asked about cost for the braided lines. I spent about 100 for all the braided lines and clamps for them.

For those that did it, how hard to remove the valve covers for painting? I love that idea and would like to paint them Vista Blue!

Scotty07 I watched my guys take them off and from what I watched, they can be a *****, just because there is so much crap to get around! lol

TinPony believe it or not, my blue came from Autozone, its caliper paint that is rated at 500 degrees and the color was called Caliper Blue. There are many to choose from though!!!! They had some high degree Ford Blues but they just didnt seem to go with the Vista Blue that well. Good luck! Its fun and its worth the work!!!
