Default TCS really DOES work

We had a pretty good ice storm here in Baltimore yesterday/last night. When I picked my 10 yr old daughter up from school late yesterday, the school lot was covered with rough ice, and since the lot was completely empty, I decided to have some fun and show my daughtersome donuts.

My first couple tries were not very successful, I was actually getting frustrated trying to kick the back of the car around, at least the way I thought it should happen. Then I remembered the TCS. The very second I hit that button, the revs shot up and the back of the car kicked outand the carinstantly whippedaround several times. I made a few more passes, my daughter thought that was really cool.I was actually more impressed with the 'before' situation!

I'm in the Baltimore area too. My TCS also worked real well. I left the Stang in the garage and took the Jeep. . Last time we had that clipper come through, I had a hard time getting it up the driveway. Now I"m just waiting for the plow to come through so I can get my car back out on the street.

Do you have an auto? I don't need TCS off to whip the *** end around even on dry pavement.

Hey fellow MDs. Yeah I gave the ol' TCS a work out today on the way to work. I braved it in the ice and slush but made it to work ok (30 mile drive one way). There were downed trees everywhere, and a tractor trailer over the gaurdrail on 301 Northbound.

Snow+Mustang= Fun..As long as you aren't plowing the snow and get stuck.
