8.8 Differential Capacity

How many quarts?

Probably 2.5 but fill it til it overflows.

It is listed at 1.8 quarts. I pump in two, and it overflows slightly.

I think it's still 3.75pints, so 2 quarts will work

Should be about 2 quarts. If you check your owners manual it will tell you. Make sure you use the correct fluid for it. If you have the GT it takes a 75w140 Synthetic.

I just changed mine with royal purple 75-140w. Even with a pump I made a mess. That stuff has the consistency of pancake syrup. I pumped in 2.5 quarts, but .25 quarts probably leaked out while I was looking for the plug.

The royal purple did quiet my rearend chatter. No more clicks on slow turns.
