So is the tune something you do yourself, or take it to get done ??

I assume it is resetting the settings on the computer...
not exactly a reset because it changes the setting on the computer to work with major changes and/or improve power
you can get a tune file from vendors such as brenspeed and you can also get the Xcal from there with 3 tunes on the xcal2 and then load the one you want to use (different octane or other changes in tune) you may want to load the 87oct tune as you aren’t in it for go
or you can go to a dyno shop and have them make a custom tune for you but this cost more

If you want a CAI that does not require a tune, check out the Granatelli CAI that we sell. It comes with a recalibrated MAF. It's in the induction section of our online catalog. Best of all, they are on sale
