"Spray Can" Touch Up Limitations...
Curious as to the extent anyone has gone with spray can touch up paint.I'm not talking body panels or the like, but perhaps add on pieces, such as louvers, spoilers, headlight splitters, etc. We're talking non professional painters here.....
Secondly, where did you end up buying your paint and clearcoat? What site? What process were you successful with?
Pics?
Thx,
Mike

Dupli-Color works well. Generaly a good spray pattern and consistant color match between cans. But as far as doing louvers etc. that are highly visable I'd reccomend a professional. If you get fisheyes or orangepeel it will just **** you off. Plus can paint chips very easy.I'm very good with cans too. I won't hesitate to do underhood/underside items with cans but louvers or scoops, leave to a professional. For the relativly small amount it will cost you'll be glad in the long run.
