Does anyone else notice that sometimes when you get on it.....the seatbelt gets jammed (for safety reasons obviously) and then you are sitting in the seat with a really tight seatbelt for a good 15 seconds or so....haha or am i the only one??

The safety mechanism in the belt uses a pendulum to sense g-force movement. If you try to extend the belt during the motion of the vehicle or pull the belt too fast the pendulum will lock the belt. It can be very annoying.

RE: Seatbelt Strangler
I have been meaning to post about this for awhile. This happens quite a bit when I am trying to merge on to the highway from the right. Visibility isn't great in the Mustang, so I usually try to lean forward and use my side mirrors to see who is coming up behind me. When the seat belt locks up on me, I can't lean forward, and it damn near caused an accident once. I am stuck in a situation where I am trapped in my chair and can't check my blind spots. I have actually started UNBUCKLING my seat belt to merge on to the highway so this doesn't happen. This is a real pain, but I am guessing there isno way to disable it?
