Install pics of new Whipple
Cryptic: I didn't do the install. ST Motorsports did. The installer, John, started it at 11:00am, and had it completed by 6:00 pm.
Orion: I'm going to stick with the carbon fiber CAI intake tube. Too much chrome or polished stuff will detract from the finished look that I am planning. I like to have it subtle and not in your face. I've seen many boats at the river with the twin blowers(all V-10's), bad ***!
phil: Yeah, I've got a little work done. It should be real nice.
Thanks, Jeff!

Scotte28516 did you not use the MAF/IAT sensor location that came with the kit (basically stock)? Did they install an IAT in the intake manifold? I'm questioning whether to do the custom IAT location in the manifold for more accurate readings. My Whipple is going on next week.

So how are you liking it Scottie?

Yeah a clutch and flex plate are essential. Glad to hear you are out burning down the town
The flex plate will be worth the investment when you do your clutch because you will have to replace it anyway when you forge your crank.
Good numbers though hope you don't have to replace your tires everyweek

Ahh, it's just another Mustang...Oh, wait! Shiny! I'm distracted by shiny things! Shiny cool!
OOH!
That looks NICE, man...I'd be afraid of that car now...It's gotta sound like a ticked off monster when you hit it.
Has the wife asked for anything shiny to complement your S/C?

WishI saw this post earlier .....I was wondering if I could get the carbon fiber intake tube for the whipple. Is there somewhere I can have it done? any info or links to a site would be great and I love that look under that hood!
