I like the h/comb, gives it the Mach1 look,
Will it come off easy,its two sided tape right?

Yeah it reminds me of the panel from a 71 mach 1. It's the 3M tape and I dont even want to think about removing it...Takin the stock medallion off was fun. I tried monofilament fishing line to cut between the adhesive rubber and plastic. After 15 minutesI finally settled on a screwdriver under the edge and , like a sticky scab it slowly lifted off, lol. Installing both pieces took a total of five minutes, including cleaning the surfaces with alcohol.

Does the "fake" gas cap open? If so, what for? What's under there? Paint?

Its not a fake gas cap anymore. It's a medallion now. I just installed my honeycomb and chrome GT medallion on my Redfire last Monday. Looks good. Can I ask why you got the black medallion?

I like the Black medallion and was thinking of doing something like that but I need a "shiney" black one instead of the flat black. Looks good though

Yes to both questions, it uses tape and if you want for extra support, theres a place in the center for a screw
