Update the problem has gotten worst now even on the first run the the 3rd to 4th gear switch is really hard to get to. I did order a new clutch lets see if that is all the problems I have.

Update took out the clutch and it still looks good. The pressure plate is ok, the disc still has a good ammount of meat and the springs dont rattle nor nothing. Starting to think it might be the transmission. The car is out of warranty now but since the warranty had said it was a clutch problem and the clutch is obvioulsy ok dont I atleast have a foothold on a transmission swap under warranty? The car was taken to the dealership 6x or so for the same problem.

I had the same problem with mine, I had busted the shift forks and screwed up the synchro's. I could get it to shift from 2nd to 3rd and to 4th if I didn't try to power shift it. When shifting normally I could feel a gravelly feel in the shifter while shifting. They had to pull the tranny and replace the shifter forks and synchro's, all under warrranty.
