Default Engine Servicing

I am have an issue with my engine and the only local mechanic shop is filled up for a couple of weeks. Where is everyone taking their cars to for servicing. For oil changes I take it to NTB, but I don't think they do major engine work. I think it's my tensioner. The belt is fine and that's where the squeaking sound is coming from. I want to try to get it fixed tomorrow. Please let me know. Also I have a online data backup service I run so if anyone here wants or needs some storage let me know.

I keep meaning to take those pictures off. That tip isn't on there anymore. I took that picture just to see how it looked. I have an MRT Exhaust on now. I just haven't had a chance to take any pics.
