Default Paint Job

Has anyone here ever taken their Mustang into the dealership in referce to Ford TSB 04-09-06? Its the one that addresses little Mineral particles that get stuck in our paint and how the dealer should remove them. Ive noticed that mine is starting to show this and being as i olny took delivery of it this past June its kinda nnoying I Know that Black cars are a pain but cmon. Well anyways if any of you have taken it in for this could you please tell me how long it took for them to do the process and how well did it work thanks.

I have not heard of this, but I have the same problem in my black paint. Driver's side quarter panel - the entire thing has deposits in it. Where can I find this TSB?

First, its only good on the 2004-2005. My paint is now starting to chip. I have gone to the dealer here 3 times. (the only one in town) and they refuse to take responsibilty for it. They said it looks like someone spilt brake cleaner or a fluid on it. I laughed and said "yeah, a liquid huh? Don't you think rain is a liquid." The guy looked at me with retard lip and didn't say anything. Seeing's how I was talking to a brick and am going to be moving to Florida here in a week, I figured I would wait to talk to a bigger dealership down there. Now as for the TSB ASK AND YOU SHALL RECIEVE!!!

You can take care of this yourself if you want. Here are the products you need.

Then follow that up with Clay Bar and then a coat of wax.

Here is a link with some info for you.

Yeah, but that's not the point. Ford should pay for it and also fix it. I shouldn't have to spend my own money and time to fix it. ya know
