I'm new and trying to learn. I see "Tuner Kits" that will supposedly increase the HP in my '07 GT. From what I gather, there's an electronic box and a chip that is installed in the engine. How does it work? Is the electronic box attached too? Or, can you buy a chip and use someone else's tuner? Thanks.
