Dealer service replaces mine with Motorcraft 5-20 synth-blend. Same as what they're shipped with.

I too am running RP through the whole drivetrain!I felt a big differance in revs and shifting improved!

this has been beaten to death. there are oil filter comparision charts on here and i pulled the info for a synthetic oil comparison.
