My front turn signal burned out on me the other day and I went and bought some new ones. Last night when I was changing the bulb, I noticed that the lense was full of water. I don't see why this would have happened. I know my car was torn apart from the hail damage last year but the front bumper was not replaced so the turn signals were not touched. I looked at the other one and it looks like it has water in there also.

Does anyone else have this problem?
