The warranty post (https://mustangforums.com/m_2846613/tm.htm) got me thinking about this service, too...
Anybody had the unfortunate need to use this service?
How was the process?
How long did you have to wait?
Who responded? (Dealership wrecker or 3rd party vendor?)
I'd rather pay $80 to have a wrecker show up in 15 mins then wait two hours on a freeway....
