I run the BF DRs on the back of my '88 and they work great. Not a high mileage tire, but they definitely hook good, even unheated on the street.

For sizing consideration, I run 275-50 on the back and 205-65 on the front and they are identical height. Check out my photos if you want to see how it looks on stock 10 holes.

Great for the street and the strip but will not last long on a daily driver!

If you don't roast them continuously, and you don't care that they are at the peak of their performance when the tread wears down and don't drive in the rain, you might get 7-10,000. My set has lasted 7 years, but I only drive the car in the summer on nice days. Don't know what they cost now, but I bought them for $125 a piece, which is half the price of some of the good tires these days.
