i really like the look of the speed of sounds pods, but i dont like having gauges on the pillar, it just seems to much in your face.I was wondering if there was any way to mount the speed of sound pods in the center dash. I felt that the center pod from CDC was to contemporary.I also saw that shelby auto was putting out a centerpod that was my first choice but it was for 2 5/8" gauges and there isn't a huge selection of gauges for 2 5/8.Then i searched more and found that pro pod was making a center pod, but i felt like that look cheap.

SHELBY AUTOS - 2 5/8"

PRO POD - 2 1/16"

My choice for gauges were either Defi Gauges or AEM Gauges.

Let me know what you guys think. If anyone has anymore pics of there Pods and Gauges please post them.

Thanks for the help

You need to turn off the auto balance and change the focus settings to get a clear pic of them illuminated

This picture makes me second guess my observation before. It looks good. My only concern was matching the color to the interior. Now this might just be from the flash making it look like 2 different colors, but was it difficult to match?

Your center pod, is that from pro-pod? How do you like it?

No, it's just the way the light hits it.

89$ for painting.

I have both of those gauges, the oil is located on the block behind the oil filter where the factory sensor is, just t-block it there. The water sensor is located on the fron passanger side and was tapped into the block there (garage did it).

My center pod sucks for fitment, it didnt fit at all really and the 2 sided tape is a joke. I have 4 screws holding it down and I am debating just swapping it out soon. I bought it from RPM outlet and may have just got a crappy molding

Here's a pic of my gauges. I have the SOS A-Pillar with Autometer Cobalts and the CDC dash pod with a set of Innovate digital gauges. I don't really care for the CDC pod but SOS is looking into a dash pod for us. -Joe
