Here's a pic of my gauges. I have the SOS A-Pillar with Autometer Cobalts and the CDC dash pod with a set of Innovate digital gauges. I don't really care for the CDC pod but SOS is looking into a dash pod for us. -Joe

Thats how i felt about the CDC Pod, it just doesnt seem to fit the car. As far as SOS, its funny you say that about the center pod. I just wrote an email to Alan asking if there is anyway to custom fit the tri-pods he makes in the dash. I think SOS looks the best in the car, just dont like it on the pillar. How do we get him to make a center pod?

I have the SOS pillar, and think it's the best looking one out there. The CDC pod looks like garbage. It doesn't fit and looks like it doesn't belongin the car. The Saleen pod is the only other one that looks good IMO, but you cannot buy it without their guages.

Speed Of Sound FTW!

Ok, I know my windows are dirty... it is an SOS A-pillar 2 pod with Nexus Gauges, (boost/vac and fuel pressure), to better match my MyColor.

SOS has the BEST looking products for out interior. They have a new cupholder panel that is super sweet, and customizable! Plus they offer a 3 pod pillar as well, (it wasn't available when I got mine, but then neither was the Nexus wideband).

And rumor has it that they are working on a center pod...

I have personally met Alan and he is a good dude. Customer service is second to none. When I was having my Saleen installed, my original pillar pod had a defect, which he replaced at no cost, and I didn't even know until I picked up the car... of course, since he is one of Dynospeed Racing's neighbors...

Sorry to say, but that looks just like a pod that would be found atLaKwan's Fity CentSuper FlyAuto Partsor at Dirty Jose's Custom Auto Parts and Donkey Show! Must be from the J.C. Whitney catalog. Unpainted and attached with screws just plain looks shi#ty and cheap, IMO.[:'(] You could completely clean that up with an SOS 3 guage pillar that is in your factory interior color.

I have both of those gauges, the oil is located on the block behind the oil filter where the factory sensor is, just t-block it there. The water sensor is located on the fron passanger side and was tapped into the block there (garage did it).
you used a T block for both?
what size were the threads?
i once read that you shouldnt directly bolt the T block to the engine block as vibration may cause theT fitting to crack and split. Someone once told me to remote mount this.
Any truth to this?

TIA

Scotte, I love your setup, i really think im going to go with the SOS. I spoke with Alan threw email. i might wait for the3 pod dash mount. He said it would be out in a couple of months. Question about your gauges. What color are you lighting up at night. I was nervous having different gauges because of the color factor. Thanks for all of the post guys. Keep them coming, its cool to see all of the different setups people are running. Just as a side note, i wanted a boost gauge, oil pressure and a wideband. Ok choice for a twin turbo setup?
