Default FRPP Headers Installed

Well here it goes - I wasnt expecting much in increase of power and sound with these headers and thats exactly how it turned out. Not that its a bad thing. The increase in tone over factory and performance is moderate to say the least. This coming up weekend is when the full exhaust and CAI gets upgraded as well so I will have an after video clip for those who might care to hear. Until then

Yea the shorty FRRP headers only give about a 5-6 HP gain but usually about 10-12 lbs of torque increase. Seems like a lot of effort for the small gains. I think Ford did a great job on the stock exhaust system it really performs well compared to a full aftermarket setup with only about 15 HP in gains.

I agree - the factory exhaust is pretty damn good but as you know people will always want more. I just cant wait until I get the exhaust put on so that I can finally get that tone and sound.
