good choice. i like the fact that you stayed away from the chrome.

i think you should pait the shaker hood scoop blue... it would look better.
I'm just the opposite, I think the wheels look great, but are not quite flashy enough for my tastes.

18 x 9 was my preference, but they only came in 18 x 8.... [sm=sigh.gif]

I kinda like the black Shaker, makes it stand out a bit more

I normally would care for those wheels but knowing that they are American Racings kinda makes me like them! Don't know why...
Have you been able to do a speed check with the new rubber and rims yet? There are lots of those roadside monitors that show your speed around here so you could see if the speedometer is still accurate.

Just curious, why did you stick with the Pirelli P Zero's?

My CAI and SCT2 arrived yesterday. The C&L CAI had been on back order through Brenspeed for a few weeks. I have been driving around with a speedo error of 8 MPH @ 60 MPH for the last 1500 miles due to switching from the stock 3.31 gears to 3.73. I will adjust the cars speedo through the SCT2 today. I figure the speedo should read real close to what it would with OEM rubber since the overall diameter and rev's per mile is very close.

The stock rubber was BFG-KDWS which was a decent tire. Could not find it in a P245 or P255. I wanted to stick with and All Season ultra high
performance tire so I went with the Pirelli PZero Nero M+S.

Thanks for thecompliments gang. The wheels and tires are a real head turner. Idropped the car off at AV Ford yesterday to get the Sirius radio fixed and several people complimented on how nice the car looked especially with the new wheels.
