C&L CAI and Brenspeed 93 tune installed!!
HOLY CRAP!!! A few people said you'd have to relearn how to drive the car and I'm not sure if i'd go that far but I'm definitely going to have to get adjusted to starting out from a stop. It takes off so much easier/harder than before. The car pulls like mad...really pushes you back in the seat now. I can't stop smiling and i haven't even been in the car in over an hour.
I'll be going to the track Sunday as long as the weather holds. Since last weekend i ran a 13.504 @ 101, I'll be able to see what new LCAs (BMR), the C&L CAI, and the 93 octane Brenspeed tune do for me. The weather is supposed to be pretty good (72 degrees, 50% humidity, 10% chance of rain) except the 60% cloud cover. As long as I can hook, i'm hoping to shed a few 1/10s and get really low 13s. I also have the B amachips 93 octane race tune so I'll be able to see which tune works best for me (I heard a lot about the B amachips race tune improves on the Auto more than others). I'm hoping for 13.1 or so if I can hook up.

When you end up going, let me know and I'll meet you out there. I can't really get into the throttle anywhere around where I live and I really want to see what the car feels like through the gears. Punching from about 10mph, I spun the tires and when it hooked, it kinda scared me (I was on the feeder getting onto the freeway). This thing is a different beast.

Here in Baytown I from time to time floor on north main going on the stretch between archer and I-10 (its very open and probably the best public road for flooring in other than I-10 in baytown
I've had a 01 ranger to 100mph in that streatch
I don't anymore because of 2 tickets

I just installed the JLT-2 cai / Brenspeed tune and also GTA axle-backs tonight. I haven't started or driven it yet, might give it a spin Sunday if the weather is ok.
