Okay, according to that article, my car makes 182.8 hp (5,250 rpm) and 192 lb-ft (3,900 rpm) at the rear wheel.
Let's say, if I want to sprint to 60 from standstill as fast as possible, do I shift at 3,900 rpm? or 5,250 rpm?

This is actually a pretty complex topic to understand all that is going on, but you would want to shift above your power peak. Maybe around 5,500rpm to 6,000 rpm, probably at redline. The idea is to straddle the power peak, but read this it will help:
