I have the Ford cover. It has the Mustang symbol on the front, the word "Mustang" on the back, a clear portion for the tag (in case you need a permit or such to park), and is form fitted specially for the car. I love it; it's a great fit and doesn't screw up the paint.
+1 and here is a link to it.
I think it is the very fiorst one listed as long as you have the stock spoiler.

It's usually not the cover but the dust or dirt that gets on the car that the cover will move and cause scratches. Keep both the car and the cover clean and no probs!

I will never use a car cover on my car. I dust it with a California duster. IMO, a car cover will trap moisture, hence promoting rust.

That's what the Ford Covers are that I posted a link to.

This is why for indoor storage, you should use a soft cotton cover. California Car Cover, as well as others, sell a soft cotton breatheable cover designed to protect your car from dust and scratches while garaged. The cotton fabric will not trap moisture or scratch the finish. These type covers, however, are not really suitable for outdoor usage, especially in wet conditions.

I went with the Duravent from Moss Mustang:

Great quality, fits well, and well priced at under 100 bucks....

I guess you have to unscrew the antenae every time you cover the car. No big deal though.

Ya, currently you are correct. Eventually, I will probably put a grommet in the cover, but it's no big deal. I only use the cover occasionally anyway..

It looks like you've got a shorty antenna so that's a great way to start putting the cover on. I slip my cover's antenna hole over the shorty and then do the passenger side mirror first, then do the other side, back and front. I ironed on the grommet then drew around it with a black market, making it easy to pick out when unrolling the cover. I found that the cover didn't work so well with that tall stock antenna.

Great suggestion Orion. My antenna is the 14 ", so that would make it easy still. Currently, I orient the cover with the mirrors, which is also quite easy....get both of those on, roll in forward, roll it back...done!

Thanks,
Mike
