Default Strut tower brace

I am going to do some spendingthis weekend with brenspeed for a new CAI and Tune. I was also looking at the strut tower brace. Is that really neccessary or is it just for looks. I wouldnt mind getting a little more support but is it worth the money? Any input would help.

Thank you

I have a BMR STB...
It is mostly for looks..It gives minimal help i would say...
The chasis on these cars is very rigid...It cetainly wouldnt hurt...but dont look for a amazing transformation.. I have complete suspension..so i thougth i would just throw it on...

i just ordered mine from breenspeed today...it also shipped today. I went with it because i plan on doing more intense suspension work later. like above, it wont do much probably, i could probably get better performance by losing 25 lbs off my college beer/pizza belly, but it's not happening.

hopefully it'll come before the weekend (i live just south of indy, so not to far from breenspeed), and i'll put it on!
