Just recieved it from a vendor here. Front pads are Hawks HPS, rears are "quiet tech" or some such thing. Called vendor, said he would check with Stoptech, Stoptech told them they are switching to this new vendor because the pads are better than Hawks, and eventually all the pads will be from this vendor.

BS or no? Should I raise a stink about it, or could these new pads actually be better than Hawks??? I thought Hawks were the best of the best??

 

Hawks are great...my guess is this vendor is cheaper..so that they make more money...

I would deffinitly question it.... please keep us informed with pics and info
