Thanks Ric! I wonder if the stroker kit alone bumped up the compression, or if they did something else. Anyway, Bruce! Do you plan on adding any mods? CAI? Tune? I'm sure even with your 400 bhp there is still room for improvement. Also, are you going to take it to the track, just to see what kinda times you can get?

I think Motortrend made a mistake. They are saying Iron block, Aluminum heads. Unless Saleen switched to an Iron block (I'm under the impression all they did was stroke the existing block) then I'd say it's just a typo.

I plan on keeping as is (modless).I truely believe that the HP and Torque are enough for me so why mess with it. It already has a CAI of sorts through the shaker and air box which has no bottom. Yes I plan on taking it to the track this summer to see what it can do.

Today’s Saleen / Parnelli Jones Limited Edition Mustang reflects the same authentic vintage attitude but comes complete with a new Saleen 302 cid V-8, 3-valve engine.
