I average 19 MPG combined city/highway, with AC on most of the time. It's a 4.0L V6.
My car has about 3500 mile, so it should be broken in by now.
Is 19 MPG normal? What about yours? (both V6 and V8)

I average 21 mpg combined city/hwy for my daily commute in my 2005 GT (currently have 14,500 miles). Of course this quickly dwindles if I stomp on the accelerator coming out of the red lights. For pure highway driving, I got 27 mpg from my road trip from North Carolina to El Paso, TX.

Also, I don't normally use 5th gear, even during highway. So probably that's why I got 19 mpg.

Oddly enough I average 19 mpg city/highway also. Mind you, I am stock when it comes to power mods and don't treat every stoplight as 1 man drag race.

I get about 18 combined in my GT (with a heavy foot though not "gone in 60 seconds" heavy), but I drive about 70 % "city" or rural driving and only about 30 % true highway.
Last week I got 25.4 doing a steady 80 on the Parkway, which is way better than I ever expected from a 300 (now 320) h.p. musclecar! [sm=signs007.gif]
