I actually saw one parked near work and pulled over to see it up close. At first I thought it was a different shade of black (lighter maybe), but thenI realized it was dark grey...awesome too....

Almost all of you are right. I usually say dark charcoal. I definetly think this color looks great at night or cloudy days, because the sun lighten up the color. I think this a great showroom color. But what Mustang isn't! Sweet!
