I hate to quote myself but....

I spoke with one of the guys at Steeda and he said that theirs are made by Borla, and have a slight variation from the Borla and FRPP Stingers...
There is a little more of a difference than the stainless steel tip. It has to do with the baffle inside the muffler. Steeda claims that the slight variation produces less drone

I have to ask. do you have to cut out the old system to install or not.I know i didn't on the old mustang, have not looked at this one yet. I went ahead with the Stingers, got them for $440.

No need to cut out anything. Loosen the clamps and remove the hangers, then a direct swap out.

You need a 13mm box wrench (ratcheting one would make it 10 times easier), medium lenth drive extender, 13mm socket, 15mm deep socket. A torque wrench should be used... 32-35 foot pounds.

ok, so i got the FRPP GT Borla exhaust today. had one of my techs install it real fast (work at Lexus). Looks perfect, EXCEPT the passenger side hangs a bit low and a bit in, not centered on the exhaust outlet. Any ideas how to get it straight? Looking for some ideas...

Sounds amazing!!!

Loosen the clamps at the H-pipe/overaxle pipe and adjust.

I tried this however, there is a small guide on the exhaust pipe and a slot on the FRPPs and it is not enough to adjust it. I hope that I'm at the right part you are refering to. Is there something else I can try?

+1 on the metric gear wrenches or ratchet wrenches, they will save you alot of time on the install, a socket will not fit on most of the hanger bolts.
