Default Fiberglass sub box

I got bored the other day so I built myself a new sub box to replace the old one that I sold. What do you guys think?

Sleek man. Thats a real clean install, I would love somthing like that in my trunk. Its a good look and it keeps the trunk functional.

Thats the effecct I was going for. The first box I built for the car was very nice and very flashy but took up way too much trunk for me. So I sold it to fellow mustang owner and built myself a new one. They're a pretty simple design to build. I've been toying with the idea of building a couple and throwing them up on ebay.

Any audio forum usually has a section for fiberglass applications. If you look around you can find tutorials. The actual process of building fiberglass enclosures isnt hard. It just takes some practice, some trial and error, and a lot of pre-build planning. I would shop around for a price at your local car audio shops. Cause it might be cheaper for them to build it for you than for you to buy all the materials and tools you would need to build it yourself. But, if you plan on doing more than just this one project, the materials and tools would be a good investment.

I was quoted at this custom car place by my house that does relatively nice work at between $2000-$4000... I was like 2-4k for a box and you arent even supplying the sound?! thats insane... So I left and did my own setup for like $50...
Im pretty creative and work very well with my hands thats why I wanted to tackle a project like this myself
