Default RE: Motor Mounts Install AFTER Saleen S/C Installed ?

If you can't lift the engine, then just remove the engine mount brackets bolted to the block. 4 bolts per side.Use some 242 "Blue" loctite when reinstalling them.

The Saleen mounts are Prothane mounts with 1/2" machined or belt sanded off the top of the Bullet. You can get the Prothanes from Summit for $105.00 in stock.

Also if you sand these yourself, be sure to cool them (Dip in water, or wrap with a wet rag), to prevent overheating the Poly and annealing the alum (800degf will do it on some alum alloys).
