Default can i go wrong with this spoiler

ok, i have to ask a somewhat stupid question....

could i go wrong buying this spoiler:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-...em120101766977

I mean its a $140 shipped. Cervinis is 210 plus shipping, Ford is 295, can just pick it up at the dealer.

question is, how can you go wrong, cheap quality, what are peoples thoughts on this, i firmly believe in getting what your pay for, BUT for that much of a difference. No matter which way I go I wanted un painted....

Thanks in advance!

The only thing I'd be nervous about is the Shelby "style" they mention. Makes me think of grape "flavored" juice instead of grape juice. Somethings aren't always better when they're cheaper.

Well it doesn't look too bad, but looks can be deceiving. Hopefully someone here has bought one and can give you some feed back. If you look at his feedback (the sellers), he has 100%. Read through some of his feedback and find a Mustang owner and email him with some questions. Better safe than $140.00 sorry!

I say go for it! Sounds legit and it is a knock off (copy) of the original. This is in the auction -"Spoiler is OEM certified as a factory replacement". So even though it is not from the factory it is cloned to look like the original. It's cheaper and covers factory holes and seem well thought out. Remember it isn't painted so it will cost to be painted but so are the other companies you mentioned selling them "unpainted". JMO J

I'd wait and see someone else's feedback on Ebay or MF 1st,..... usually if it sounds to good to be true, it AIN'T,......... Personally, I wouldn't spend that kind of $$$ on a description and picture, without seeing the "real deal" first.

Looks good, but I have purchased several things from ebay, and when you get them home they are not the same, imo.
Good luck.

i read through his feedback, and everyone says the product was as described. They seem to sell ALOT of spoilers for all types of cars. In my head I'm trying to see what the difference would be, I'm thinking of e-mailing the guy to get some pics of an actual spoiler.

The price looks pretty good. They don't seem to show the actual unit, that would worry me a little bit. I bought the GT500 spoiler from Ford and was surprised at how chinsy it felt. For 1/3 the price you probably won't go wrong, worst case-return it.

I'd say pay the extra $80 and get it painted too.
