I just got my BMR stuff in and im new to doing anything suspension wise besides sprinks and shocks. SO waht is this thing i circled on my LCA?

It's a grease zerk. Just give it an occasional shot of grease and you're good to go.

Ahh one more wont hurt.......... Its a grease fitting!

Yes it is a ZERK fitting, however if I am not mistaken you cannot use regular grease with BMR's poly bushings you must use their Silicone Grease. So i would suggest you buy some from them.
