I called american racing and they told me that the 40mm wont be out till end of may. Ive got mine on order and they are backordered till then.

Thanks for all the comments, the wheels are +24mm offset with 6" backspacing. This makes the tire almost even with the outer edge of the fender. I feel that gives it a very aggressive stance. I am not positive but the +40 offset would put the wheel a little over a half inch further inside the fender and a half inch closer to the strut housing. I first seen these wheels on Shelby's website and they recommend the +24 offset with the 255/35 tire setup. I am not too sureabout fitment for the 18 or 17 inch versions. I think JEG's have the 18's in stock for $209 each. I purchased mine on EBay brand new with locks, lugs, and chrome valve stems for $868.00 shipped, and tires from Tire Rack for $107.00 each.
