Default SWhat would you do?

Ok I own a 2005 Mustang Coupe V6 Silver. Beautiful car with the billit grills on the front. I'm thinking about buying the "Elanore" kit and making it look even better. I think it would look amazing especially with the Mounted screen DVD player I'm putting in. It would look great inside and out.

just wondering what some peoples opinions were on that topic.

Some people say since its just a V6 they wouldn't do much to it. But the point of having this car is for enjoyment. I love my car and love driving it. I really want to make it more of a head turner than a mustang already is.

Performance mods first FTW.

You might want to make it actually fast than just look fast first.

But good choice on the Elanore look

OK cool... where would you guys start? What should I do first? I'm not limited on cash... but around the $3000 marker is where I'm at right now.

Post in V6 about mods. Most would say CAI & Tune first.

Maybe in this order to start:

1. CAI & Tune
2. Better gearing...3.55 or 4.10s.
3. Lowering springs
4. Wider, performance tires
5. Headers
6. Front/Rear swaybars
7. Turbo/Supercharge it

It's your car so have fun with it. Nothing wrong with looking good and a V6. But that Elanor kit w/paint won't be cheap. Plus if you did it to a GT it would bring in a lot more value down the road if you sold it. Then again if you did performance mods like the other guys say first, like a supercharger, it would get respect at any show.

+1 to Jays Mustang. Its your car, do what makes you feel good. I went to a local Mustang gathering a few weeks ago here in SLC and parked beside a yellow Mustang with the full Cervinis package, it looked fantastic then he told me it was a V6. Caught me off guard but he sure loved his car. Isn't that what its all about.

If you have $3000 go save up some more money for a supercharger and other mods, but if you want to hold out on the supercharger go:

4.10 gears
UDP
1 piece aluminum driveshaft
LT headers
hi-flow cats
h-pipe
dual Pypes street pro or Macs
maybe even electric cutouts
performance shifter (Hurst, MGW, Pro 5.0, etc.)
Eibach Pro-kit
then either of these s/c systems:

http://vortechsuperchargers.com/prod...amp;cat_key=11

then you can go and do the Eleanor, but obviously if you want the side exhaust let Cervinis or Ronaele take care of that for you
