yeah all S6's are V10, i checked, but they aren't nearly as fast as they feel i guess.. they have a ton of powerbut i guess a lot of weight as well to counteract that. According to the #'s, the mustang is faster in every category,despitetriple price tag, and extra 135 hp-

It really depends on the model year of the S6 for what motor was in it. If it was an 2005 or older model then it still had the 4.2L 335hp motor in it. Not that they are slouches either, but just a bit underpowered due to the cars size. Either way it'sa great kill and to pull a Quattro Audi out of the hole is no easy task. Being a former Audi owner I have nothing but respect for those cars. Nice kill and if you run in one with S4 on the back you better bring your A game.
