There are not legal anywhere to my knowledge. Only legal for showing.

I live in SoCal and have had mine on for about 2 weeks straight and not had a single complaint. I've also got illegal tint and not a word about that yet either *knock on wood*

It's actually better in the city.. since it's a brighter environment. I always have my covers on.. and just keep my fogs on. It's fine. Brighter than some cars I've owned.

I actually drove at night with my covers on and my headlights and foglights on. Didn't want to take them off and then put them back on the next morning! It was coutry driving, so no real hassles. Wouldn't recommend this in the city.

Here is a white stang with blackouts on all lights. Haven't had a problem with any law. They have even been right behind me.

Some of you guys need to remove the GTS logo from your covers. It comes off quite nicely with some goo gone or goof off.

It would look much better IMO.
